Hi, I’m Rachael!
Professionally, I'm seeking a ragtag team that appreciates a strong gif game to nerd out over engagement rates (or I suppose views now). Personally, I'm in constant pursuit of Lo-Fi girl's cozy energy, but the weather in Austin isn't here for it.
If you're wondering who you might be sitting next to, I'm the one who is a little quiet at first but surprises you with friendly morning banter, warm welcomes, and how hard I'll laugh at a joke that's mainly internally funny. Finding humor in the mundane and embracing the inevitably awkward moments is what fuels me through the day. Even my most straight-faced clients succumb to my light-hearted rapport.
In terms of what I can bring to your team, I'm proud to have played an integral role in setting the groundwork for Idea Peddler’s social department. I was handed the keys to the social handles of all our clients, and in turn, I researched everything about organic social strategy to the ends of the earth. I used this insight to define their current social processes and train new hires. As a lifelong learner, I come with answers and take the initiative to find solutions. I believe in a results-driven strategy, the phrase "always be testing," and pivoting before change comes. Plenty of one-size-fits-all approaches can be found online, but each account's data tells a different story.

ISFJ Personality
The Gift of Loyalty

Their dedication extends to their community, employers, and traditions, always seeking to uplift those around them. However, it's important for ISFJs to set boundaries to prevent burnout and ensure their well-being.
A Can-Do Personality with High Standards
ISFJs are driven by a strong work ethic and a belief in doing more than just the bare minimum. They are meticulous and pay close attention to detail, consistently striving to exceed expectations.
